If you are an Australian citizen aged 18 or over, you are eligible to vote. But first you have to enrol – and you need to be careful you don’t miss your chance.

You can’t enrol after the close of rolls. If you don’t enrol by then, you won’t be able to vote in the election.

Don’t get caught out! It’s important to have your say. Enrol now and be sure that you’ll be able to cast your vote.

Queensland Electoral Commission allows you to enrol online.  If you don't know what electorate you live in click here to search by typing your address into the search box on the left of the map.

Not sure if you are enrolled? Online checking facility as well as a reminder to vote service is also available.

Alternatively you can call the Queensland Electoral Commission on 1300 881 665.
