Volunteer for polling day!

Around the state - 2000 Volunteers wanted for election day

The distribution of how-to-vote cards is considered to add as much as 2% to the Greens vote on election day.

Sometimes voters don't realise that there is a Greens candidate unless they see Greens signs or are given a htv card on their way into the booth.

If you want to host a Qld Greens election sign in your yard, click here

In this way, our election day volunteers are fulfilling one of the most important vote-winning roles of the whole campaign.

It's fun. And your help may just win the Qld Greens a seat in the Senate.  Join in!

I am able to help:

I want to help but I only have a few hours spare:

Volunteers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
We want everyone to help, including non members.

The election is due to be held sometime between August and January with Oct/Nov being the most likely months. Once we know the date of the election, you will be contacted to confirm your availability, and then sent booth allocation, schedule and booth coordinator contact details. Your name and contact phone/email details will only be shared with the booth coordinator in accordance with our privacy policy.

Thank you.
